How to Plan a Virtual Cocktail Class for a Remote Team

Planning a virtual cocktail class comes down to six decisions: the goal, the headcount and addresses, the date (with shipping runway), the cocktails, the level of branding, and who's hosting. Make those and the rest is logistics a good partner handles for you.
A virtual cocktail class is one of the easier corporate events to pull off well — if you make a few calls up front instead of mid-scramble. Here's the order we'd run it in.
Start with the goal
Is this client-facing, a team morale moment, or a webinar you want people to actually attend? The answer drives the budget and the branding. A client event earns full white-labeling; an internal Friday doesn't need it.
Get headcount and addresses early
Kits ship to people, so you need a count and delivery addresses — homes, an office, or a mix. We fulfill across all of the US and Canada. Lock a headcount cutoff so late RSVPs don't reshape the order.
Set the date with shipping runway
Work backward from the event so boxes arrive comfortably ahead of it. Tighter timelines can usually be worked out — just ask early rather than the week of.
Choose the cocktails
Pick a couple that suit the group — something approachable and something with a wow, like a Bridgertonic and a Super-Cool Paloma. Every kit includes an alcohol-free version at no charge, so nobody's left out.
Decide the branding
This is the lever that turns a class into a brand impression: your box, your recipe card, an engraved shaker, even a cocktail with a nod to your brand. Dial it up for clients, keep it simple for internal.
Confirm the host and the run of show
The host makes or breaks it. You want a real mixologist who can carry a room, not a script-reader — ideally with proper multi-camera production. A good partner also handles the registration page and reminders so you're not chasing RSVPs.
